General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the r1777 platform and its user ("you" or "player"). By accessing r1777's website, mobile version, or any of its services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms in full.

Under no circumstances may a player operate more than one account — even using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at r1777: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BKB). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, r1777 may ask you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested. r1777 will not be liable for any delay in withdrawal caused by a delay in verification.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

r1777 offers new players a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳32,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for bonuses is 10x, applied only to the bonus amount (not deposit + bonus). Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

5.3 Other Promotions

r1777 runs various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer carries its own terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. Where there is any conflict with the general terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If an attempt to fraudulently claim bonus benefits is detected — such as using multiple accounts or manipulating wagering requirements — the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

Betting & Gaming Policy

6.1 Confirming Bets

Verify all details before confirming a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If a bet is voided due to a technical error, r1777 reserves the right to refund the stake.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted due to software or network issues, r1777 will determine the outcome in accordance with the applicable rules. For incomplete games, the result will be calculated from the last verifiable state.

6.3 Game Provider Policy

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating an account using fraudulent information.

Account Suspension & Closure

You may close your account at any time by submitting a request to our support team. It is possible to withdraw your balance before closing the account; however, any active bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled.
